Sunshine Island Inn rates vary based on the season. The range varies from $89.00 to $129.00 during the off-season and $139 to $199.00 during season. Exact dates and specific rates for accomodations can be given by phone, or found on the reservations page.

• All rates are based on single or double occupancy and do not include 6% state tax and a 5% motel tax.
  
  
• Additional persons are $30.00 per night.
  
  
• A deposit of 25% or one night's stay, whichever is greater, is required. Cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover are accepted. Balance is due on arrival.
  
  
• Check in is at 2:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am.
  
  
• Cancellation notice is due 45 days in advance of arrival. All refunds will be subject to a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds for early check out.
  
  
• Small pets are welcome. (There will be a $60.00 cleaning fee.)
  
  
• Minimum stay is 3 nights.
  
  
• Rates may change without notice.
  
  
• Damages beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to your credit card.
